Extra Pins and patches, oh my

Pins, pre-fulfillment from Geekify

As for any remaining pins and patches, they are en route to me and may arrive today or tomorrow. What does this mean?

Well fulfilling these myself is going to be a PITA. So I was thinking of doing the following:

  • Leave a pre-order shop up and have Geekify fulfill it (if possible)
  • Do a Google form, have folks pay via PayPal and send me a Self Addressed, Stamped Envelope (SASE) to my P.O Box for weekly shipments once I know my stock situation.
  • Do a second KS for a round two or GFM for funds to make more pins & patches, then do step 2.
  • Do Pre-orders and bring them to conventions to sell. The next best option to do that would be at GeekGirlCon in November.
  • (An option I thought of after posting on KS) Set up some kind of line shop so I can manage stock, etc. But I’d need help with that.

Thoughts on these options? Some pins were super popular:

  • The Look (29)
  • Genki (71)
  • Sparkly D20 (70)
  • Coffee (34)
  • Hug (50)
  • Sharp (32)

The pro of whatever folks decide they like to do is that the molds Geekify made are good for 3 years, and we don’t have to pay the set up fees again. The con of any of this is the less ordered, the higher the cost of the pins. You all saw the totals with doing 100 of each pin and 25 of each patch ordered*

So please give feedback on these ideas as replies to what to do with extra stock, future orders or doing this again. You can do so by emailing me at hbic@cypheroftyr.com

Thank you all so much for the support, and for making my first KS such a success! ❤
